In order to cancel a ride, there are a few things that you have to keep in your mind:

1. The cancellation must be made before 48 hours of the arrival time. 
2. Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours. 
3. If the booking is canceled within 24 hours you will charge 30 percent of the wage. 
4. In case of no show, 50% of the amount will be charged. 
5. Refunds will be made within 8 working hours.
